All content is ordered and delivered to our customers directly through the website or via email. Each order will include the specific details of the nature of the customers’ requirements of which is referred to in the brief. It is the client’s full responsibility to make sure that the information that is contained within their brief(s) is an accurate and precise reflection of their requirements exactly. Any disputes that may arise from content delivered, will refer back to the original brief sent.

At the point of order, clients are given an estimated delivery time when the requirement will be sent over. This delivery time is only an estimate and not a guarantee.

After the order has been processed and confirmed, we will have made a contract to supply the customer with the content, written to the brief that is outlined in the order as far as can be reasonably interpreted by those taking on the requirement.

After an order has been placed, clients are unable to change the brief that has been supplied in any way.

Customers can only cancel the orders which are set with Killer Copywriting within 2 hours.
Customers who are unhappy with the service delivered must then follow the dispute resolution process which is highlighted in section 5.

Refund Policy

Refund requests should only be asked for within 24 hours of a payment being made, and refunds will be issued at Killer Copywriting’s sole discretion. Within 3-5 business days, this payment will be deposited in the customer’s account.

We accept no responsibility to refund credit on client accounts from any payments made in error.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that may contain references to defamatory, illegal, or otherwise offensive material.

We also reserve the right to cancel orders that are intended for academic purposes.
Orders cancelled for these reasons above will be fully refunded and the client will be promptly notified by email.

Refunds will need to be requested within the timeframe that is permitted by our payment provider.

Refund payments will need to be issued through the same payment method as were made.
We reserve the right to close any accounts of certain individuals that we suspect of making any fraudulent or suspicious payments.

The Dispute Resolution Process

We will always endeavor to resolve any disputes and come to a satisfactory conclusion for all parties that are involved.

If clients are unhappy with any orders that will be delivered to them, they will need to ensure they follow this procedure before further action can be taken.

In the first instance, customers who are unhappy with their order must offer Killer Copywriting the opportunity to amend and revise the work done based on the received feedback. This feedback must be clear, concise and objective.

If once Killer Copywriting has amended the copy, the customer is still unhappy with the work done, they should escalate the case by emailing Killer Copywriting with the order ID and details of their objections.

The Killer Copywriting support team will review the issued brief by the customer, the copy and any communication that has been sent between us and the customer. If it is felt that the work done does not meet the specification that the customer outlined in this brief, in the first instance, they will give this specification to another employee and complete the work done to the quality the customer specified and wants. For all copywriting work, we offer unlimited revisions.
